Overview:Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is a commonly used imaging modality in medical clinics to non-invasively acquire high-contrast images of soft tissues within the human body. However, the data acquisition (scanning) time for MRI is long due to physical and physiological limitations. Parallel imaging techniques and compressed perception theory are the two main approaches to accelerate MRI. We modeled the joint reconstruction of coil sensitivity and magnetic resonance images under the general framework of compressed perception theory, and designed a fast solution algorithm based on the alternating iteration algorithm and the two-point gradient algorithm. Our method overcomes the modeling error caused by the inaccurate estimation of coil sensitivity and improves the accuracy of parallel imaging.
